At Myfunity, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy below before placing an order.


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once confirmed, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a refund or store credit, depending on the situation

We will cover the cost of any necessary return shipping for damaged or defective items.


2. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, especially blind boxes and collectible items, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the item has been opened.

This includes:

  • Opened blind boxes
  • Opened packaging (bags, seals, or protective wrapping)
  • Items that are no longer in original condition

If the item remains unused, unopened, and in original packaging, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return. Approval is at our discretion, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


3. Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are specially sourced and may require additional processing time.
Once an order is placed, pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind.


4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (if approved), items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Be returned within the timeframe provided by our support team
